Notes:
Rice: Cooked mixed rice (10 斤 white and 4 斤 brown - 胚芽米) -- about 8 bowls left
Mushroom Chicken (About 15 servings left)
I used 18 portions (3 - 6 portion packages) of the Costco boneless chicken legs, 24 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2 package of bacon, 5 onions (cut into dice), 7 carrots (cut into dice), 1 bunch of celery (cut into dice), 1 Costco package of mushrooms
Vegetables (not enough, maybe 3 or 4 more packages)
Total 16 packages of vegetables from the Organic Stores.
The crackers got soft, so should not make them ahead of time.
I got 4 packages of grapes from Costco, just the right amount.
